Wanted sand for my sons sandbox and started reading all the problems, health issues, etc...that can be caused by regular sandbox sand. (it is amazing we survived as children) This product is safe. Does not have a gritty texture of sand, this product is softer, which my boys really like. My only complaint is how expensive it is. Over a dollar per pound is a lot to pay for sand but want my boys to be safe, so worth it for that reason.Love the sand.
