Absolutely fantastic games with hilariousness and awesomeness all around. If you aren't really used to the grind-y style of play the game has it can throw you off balance at first, but its not hard to figure out. If you wanna play D2, I recommend finding a copy of the original Disgaea: Hour of Darkness or even Afternoon of Darkness (If i remember the remake's name correctly), but its certainly not necessary to enjoy it. Really, if you've played any disgaea game or other Nippon Ichi Software game, you'll probably love this one, and the same is true in reverse.Good game and good choice if you are getting if you are barely getting into these seriesLove it. Played the first 2 on PS2. Now I get 3 on 1 disk to continue playing a great series.These games have a lot in common with La Pucelle Tactics. I don't know if La Pucelle Tactics was just a spin off or vice versa or a test product but to me they're the same. 3 games on one disc is pretty solid thoughThis is great.
