I have had the honor of seeing the toadies perform two times in my life (so far). First time, Crystal Ballroom, Portland, OR early 2000's. Again at the Hard Rock Cafe, Maui, HI 2010. This is my all time favorite band so I may be a little biased. Are you still reading this? Why haven't you purchased this yet? As with any album, give it time and it will grow on you! Although I have to admit, 'We Burned the City Down' got me and my wife right out the gate! It's been 5 or so days and around 15 full disc plays and I'm loving it (hope I don't have to pay royalties to Mickey D's for that). Hope you enjoy!
