I ordered this cage from this posting, but I actually received a different playtop with mine accidentally. The cage I got though is also different dimensions, it is: 24" x 22" x 40"H, which is 5 more inches in height than the description states. They said it was the same cage, but a different playtop and that they could send me the correct playtop as an exchange (I would have to send back the one I got) or give me a partial refund, so they did fix the issue. Overall it was really easy for me to put together, it took me less than an hour. The instructions aren't the best, but really it is very intuitive so it wasn't an issue for me at all. The cage itself is well made, I love all the bowls and that you don't have to attach all of them if you don't want to. The wheels are really nice and roll well, which I was excited about because it's a really heavy cage, so we can just roll it outside and spray it down with the hose when it's deep cleaning time. Our bird likes the height and uses the full range of the cage, because of the extra 5 inches I was able to add a couple more perches than I thought and it really wears him out going up and down. I also put a bendable perch right outside the "nesting door" and attached it to the ladder on the top so he can come and go when that door is open very easily which is a fun added bonus for him. Even with the troubles, I still give this cage a 5 star review and the seller was very responsive, very quickly when I communicated with him so I would not hesitate to purchase another cage from them. Avis, our green cheek conure loves it, and that is really all that matters anyway!Meh. This is a good bird cage if you have a smaller sized bird but would not be fit for a Macaw. It took me 2 hours to completely set up some screws were missing and some different sized screws had too many. The directions weren't very thorough but it was easy to figure out for the most part. There are four different bowls that you can fill from the outside and only 1 perch. The pictures show two, but I only got one which was a bummer. I do like that there is a little door at the very top side that I can open up and let my parrot climb out and onto the top when he pleases while I am in the room. I'm happy that it appears to be sturdy and hopefully it lasts a long time. If I wouldn't have had issues with the set up, all the parts were there, there was thorough instructions, and two perches for the inside like the picture than I would have given it 5 stars.I had a few things bent upon arrival but not bad enough that it wasnt usable. The price was great for the size of cage I got. This cage is easily worth $300 anywhere else. I have a caique and she loves the space. Instructions are a little confusing. Goes something like this: Step 1, assemble A and B. Step 2, assemble the rest. Screws are a bugger and I definitely recommend having a friend to help put it together. Otherwise you end up looking like a fool trying to balance one side of the cage on your shoulder and the other with your foot while screwing it together. You'll run out of screws that look alike and wonder how to attach the cups to the cage, don't panic, only use two of the long screws for the cups and don't worry about the middle hole. It took me a solid hour and a half to assemble the entire thing alone but it's a great sturdy cage! It also weighs like 90 lbs so build it where you want it so you don't have to take it up a flight of stairs.I like this cage a lot. It was pretty easy to assemble, and I did it myself. Its a nice big cage, and my wonderful Lorikeet seems to love it a lot. I only took off one star because it is a bit difficult to clean in certain spots inside the cage. The door is a bit narrow, but im a big guy so its a bit tough sometimes. But all in all, good cage.Overall I like the cage, but it did come bent in several areas. I was able to straighten it out enough to still use it. I have a Max Pionus and she does well in the cage. I was told not to use dowels by other bird folks so I wrapped the play top bars with cotton laundry rope.I love this cage and my African Grey does also. It's a perfect size for him. It's well made and was delivered in perfect shape with all the parts needed to put it together. I am an older female and I was able to put it together by myself in less than 2 hours. The instructions were not the best, but if you stop and think which bolts to use on the different parts of the cage, then you shouldn't have any problems. It's a very sturdy cage and the wheels are well made also.It is a total pain trying to keep my Grey from unlatching the door locks because they're too small. I had to take the door locks off of his previous cage. I doubt I'll order from this company again. This cage is home to an Amazon parrot. The cage was easy to put together and all part were there. This bird is strong and active the cage is holding up well. He hangs out inside and on top. the same cage sells for 3x as much at the local pet store ...great buy!
